Marieke van Asten, born in the Netherlands, lives on the beautiful Caribbean Island of Dominica, where she founded the NGO Breadfruit House of Dominica Foundation.
Marieke’s trip to Costa Rica in 2010 was life-changing. Volunteering in a small city in the mountains marks the beginning of the life she lives now.
